Into the Darkness

On April 26, 2019, the Kansas Supreme Court in Hodes and Nauser v. Schmidt declared the law barring live dismemberment abortion to be unconstitutional, a ruling with the potential to void virtually all Kansas abortion laws.

Into the Light

A State Constitutional Amendment protecting the Constitution from a right to abortion will upend the Supreme Court's decision.

The Kansas Catholic Conference is well positioned to handle the legislative aspects of the Constitutional Amendment. The Rosary Crusade will provide the necessary spiritual foundation for success.

The Light Shines

Although the Value Them Both Amendment did not pass the Kansas House during the last legislative session, it did pass both the House and the Senate this session and will appear on the ballot in August 2022.

The Battle Continues

Between now and the election of August 2022, millions of dollars of dark, dirty money will pour into Kansas in an attempt to defeat the amendment. Continue praying the Rosary and recruit others to join the Crusade. This is a battle, and we must be warriors.

Our Patron

Our Lady of Guadalupe is the Patron Saint of the Americas. Under this title, Mary has accomplished amazing things and has been chosen as the patron of our effort to amend the State Constitution. Please join all Rosary Crusaders in praying this special prayer.

Our Lady of Guadalupe, Patroness of the Unborn, we implore your powerful intercession at this most critical of times. Now that the Kansas Supreme Court has completely removed prolife protections for the unborn and women in distress, we humbly ask you to strengthen our efforts to obtain an amendment to reverse this decision and protect the sanctity of life in our state.
